The LT-PLC Leak Tester by AT2E is an air and water tightness test box controlled by a PLC touch screen. It detects leaks by setting vacuum, or pressure on the pressure models, with or without steps, on glass or PET bottles and preforms, caps, cans and pots.

LT-PLC Leak Tester (PLC Model) by AT2E

How the test works

  • Pre-defined modes: up to 16 user-defined test cycles are stored; the operator only selects the pre-defined mode to start a test, with no need to set the parameters every time.

  • Up to 4 steps per test: the vacuum level and the holding time are adjustable for each step.

  • Vacuum up to -999 mbar: the test runs in a box made of polished transparent PMMA, with dimensions on request.

  • Test curve review: the touch screen shows the testing status and the test curve, and the data is sent through the RS232C output.

Product description

The LT-PLC is the PLC model of the AT2E leak testers. Its test box, made of polished transparent PMMA, is very rugged and its dimensions are made on request. The touch screen PLC control panel makes the instrument easy and safe to use, and the configuration is protected by administrator passwords. The LT-PLC is delivered with a high performance vacuum pump, or runs on a 6 bar air network with a vacuum generator. Verification and calibration are quick and easy.

Nunca he visto un equipo de estos craquelado como en otras marcas, no se como lo hacen pero realmente marcan diferencia.
