The SSA-ECO by AT2E is the ECO model of the Secure Seal Analyzer. It tests the secure seal performance of bottles, cans and preforms up to 16 bar, with the AT2E patented needle, a control valve and an analog display.
How the test works
Patented needle: by vacuum technology, the AT2E needle holds itself on the tested product, so installation and piercing are quick and easy in any medium.
Pressure setting: the pressure level is set with the regulator, controlled with the valve and read on the analog display.
Screwed needles: the SSA-ECO is also compatible with the needle of the classic Secure Seal Tester (typical screwed needle).
Safety: the stainless steel design resists any explosion during the test and protects the operator.

The AT2E SSA-ECO Secure Seal Analyzer tests the secure seal performance of products. With the AT2E patented needle, installation and piercing are very quick and easy in any medium: by vacuum technology and special design, the needle holds itself on the tested products. The SSA-ECO is also compatible with the needle of the classic Secure Seal Tester (typical screwed needle). Its stainless steel design makes it resistant to any explosion during the test and ensures the safety of the operator.
