Vacuum and Pressure Leak Testing with the LT-ST Leak Tester

The LT-ST Leak Tester by AT2E is the standard model of the AT2E air and water tightness test boxes. Its touch screen sets the vacuum or pressure level and the holding time in stages, to detect leaks on glass or PET bottles and preforms, caps, cans and pots.
How the test works
Vacuum or pressure: leaks are detected by setting vacuum, or pressure on the pressure models, with or without steps.
2 stages: the vacuum level and the holding time are set in 2 stages on the touch screen (3 stages on order).
Vacuum up to -999 mbar: the test runs in a box made of polished transparent PMMA, with dimensions on request.
Holding time: an adjustable temporization keeps the vacuum or the pressure for the time set.
An immersion system is available as an option.
Product description
The LT-ST is equipped with a touch screen, visual and easy to operate. Its adjustable vacuum or pressure and holding time stages meet the different test requirements of various products. The test box, made of polished transparent PMMA, is very rugged and its dimensions are made on request. The LT-ST is delivered with a vacuum generator, which runs on a 6 bar air network, or with a vacuum pump. Verification and calibration are quick and easy.
