Manual pull-off testing depends on the operator. The POT-AUTO Automated Pull Off Tester by AT2E measures the tear and tear-off force of pull-off caps automatically: the operator installs the sample, hooks the ring tab and presses start, and an auto angle correction unit keeps the horizontal pulling angle right.
How the test works
Install the sample in the clamping unit.
Hook the ring tab properly with the special hook.
Press start: the test runs automatically, and the auto angle correction unit corrects the horizontal pulling angle.
Read the peak force and force distance of the tear and tear-off force, recorded and displayed automatically.

The POT-AUTO Automated Pull Off Tester is an automatic testing instrument developed by AT2E for testing the tear and tear-off force of pull-off caps. The operator only needs to install the sample in the clamping unit, hook the ring tab properly and press start to complete the test. The automated testing process avoids the influence introduced by manual testing, and the auto angle correction unit automatically corrects the horizontal pulling angle to ensure the reliability and reproducibility of the test data.
