SSA-DF is a special model of Secure Seal analyzer developed to test positions greater than three. Designed based on the convenience of multi-position operation, it is more efficient and user-friendly.

PLC controlled and uses a high pressure proportional servo valve for pressurization, as well as bottleneck drilling and touch screen display. The bottle neck drilling method avoids any impact on the cap during the drilling process, leaving the bottle finish intact, better representing the actual sealing performance of the product. Each station is equipped with explosion-proof bottle sleeves, effectively reducing the impact on equipment caused by sample bottle bursting during testing.

One-button automatic start and control offers up to 12 pressure levels, with freely adjustable target pressure values, holding times and pressurization rates, suitable for various testing requirements of different products.
