Options:
Use :
- Install the hook in the ring of the capsule and the wire in the lower pulley.
- Operate the pneumatic valve using the handle to perform the first "stretching" step. This step should be carried out at a constant speed for more accurate measurement.
- Change the wire towards the upper pulley (this position is set at 45° but can be changed)
- Reactivate the pneumatic valve using the handle to perform the second "stretch 2". This step should be carried out at a constant speed for more accurate measurement.
- Return the handle to the initial position to complete the test.
Description :
POT-1 was developed to allow testing on “pull off” capsules while respecting each step.
The POT-1 incorporates a precision dynamometer and semi-automatic cycles for improved test reproducibility. The angle of each step is adjustable. This device was developed to allow testing on various bottle sizes.
