Description :
The GBBT-AUTO Automated Glass Bottle Burst Tester is a fully automatic instrument for testing the internal pressure resistance of glass bottles. Its fully automated control system runs the test cycle with no operator intervention, and the data is sent automatically to acquisition software. Designed for easy use and maintenance, it complies with ISO 7458:2004. Containers are tested to a predefined pressure (proof test), to destruction, or up to the maximum test pressure. A customisable pressure ramp rate adds flexibility for different testing requirements, and up to 16 pre-stored cycles let users quickly select the right cycle for each product without changing parameters; up to four test stages can be configured. As a standard quality-control instrument for the glass-container industry, it provides an important technical reference for manufacturers looking to maintain or improve product quality.
