Description :
The AT2E CEBT-1 can end/base buckling tester is designed to test the pressure resistance of the can and its base dome; it can also perform the base "missile" test. Its fully automated design means you simply place the sample and press start — the test runs automatically and the results appear on screen. Thanks to its optimised design, there is no need to change clamps between neck-in cans and straight-wall cans, and the user-friendly interface makes operation and maintenance simpler.
Options:
· Missile test unit
· External pneumatic booster (increases inlet pressure up to 2 times)
· Mini printer
· “QualiBurst” or “QualiPress” software

FAQ
What is the primary function of the CEBT-1 Can and End Buckle Tester?
The CEBT-1 tests the buckle strength of beverage cans and can ends, measuring the pressure at which cans or ends buckle to ensure they meet industry durability and safety standards.
What is the measurement range and accuracy of the CEBT-1?
The CEBT-1 covers 0-9 bar (0-130 psi) with 0.01 bar (0.15 psi) resolution. An optional external pneumatic booster can increase inlet pressure by 2x or 4x for higher pressure requirements.
Does the CEBT-1 require clamp changes between different can types?
No, the CEBT-1's clamping design allows seamless testing of both necked-in and straight-wall cans without changing clamps, reducing setup time significantly.
What data analysis features does the CEBT-1 provide?
The CEBT-1 displays test results directly on screen, stores previous results, and automatically calculates average, maximum, and minimum values. It runs on 120V/60Hz or 230V/50Hz and requires 5-8 bar air supply.
