The TORQUE CHECK by AT2E is a hand held torque controller. Operators use it to control the torque on a cap, calibration teams to check quickly the accuracy of any torque tester, and maintenance teams to control and adjust the torque directly under the capping heads, with no dismantling.

TORQUE CHECK Hand Held Torque Controller by AT2E

How the test works

  1. Install the TORQUE CHECK on the torque tester, on the cap or under the capping head.

  2. Turn slowly and smoothly in the opening or closing direction.

  3. Read the torque on the digital display, in continuous or peak mode.

The TORQUE CHECK can be equipped with custom-made cones for different cap sizes.

Product description

The TORQUE CHECK has been developed to allow operators to control the torque, calibration teams to check quickly the accuracy of any torque tester, and maintenance teams to control and adjust the torque directly on capping heads. It is easy to use: install it on the torque tester, on the cap or under the capping head, and turn slowly and smoothly in the opening or closing direction. Like all AT2E torque testers, it is designed with a special mechanical system for measuring torque, which cancels most non-coaxial and top load influences on the measurement for maximum repeatability.
