Description :
The SSA-DF is a special Secure Seal Analyzer developed for testing more than three positions. Designed around convenient multi-position operation, it is efficient and user-friendly. PLC-controlled, it uses a high-pressure proportional servo valve for pressurisation, together with neck piercing and a touch-screen display. Piercing the neck avoids any impact on the cap and leaves the bottle finish intact, better reflecting the product's real sealing performance. Each station has an explosion-proof bottle sleeve, greatly reducing the impact on the equipment if a sample bursts during testing. One-button automatic start and control offers up to 12 pressure levels, with freely adjustable target pressures, holding times and pressurisation rates to suit the testing requirements of different products.
