Description :
The AT2E ER-1 Enamel Rater provides a quick, accurate way to measure the integrity of a container's internal coating. Measurement starts automatically when the electric probe is inserted and touches the solution inside the container. The result can be read on screen or transferred to a data-acquisition system via the RS232 serial port. Exposed metal can be located visually by pressing the INVERT button — gas bubbles appear at the exposed points.

What measurement range and accuracy does the ER-1 offer?
The ER-1 measures 0-300 mA with 0.01 mA resolution and ±2% F.S. accuracy, outputting data via RS232.
What can sizes does the ER-1 accommodate?
The ER-1 tests cans up to Φ80x250 mm (other ranges on request), weighing 5 kg including the can holder.
