CCA
CCA — CAPSULE APHROMETER. Aphrometer specially designed to control pressure during the second fermentation.

What is the primary function of the CCA crown cap aphrometer?
The CCA controls pressure during secondary fermentation, instantly checking pressure in bottles closed with crown caps (without a plastic stopper).
How does the CCA maintain a leak-tight seal during measurement?
On the CCA, sealing between the aphrometer and the crown cap is ensured by an ertane gasket, allowing repeated checks across several batches.
What crown cap sizes is the CCA compatible with?
The CCA is compatible with 26 mm, 29 mm, and 36 mm (Jeroboam) crown cap rings, and can be adapted for screw-cap still wine bottles or special bottles.
What is the pressure range of the CCA's manometer?
The CCA uses a stainless-steel manometer rated 0/10 bar, designed and manufactured in France, and can be adapted for beer and cider bottles.
