SSA-PLUS is an advanced, secure leak analyzer for testing the performance of capping on products. It features an optimal design, easy operation, and simple maintenance. With its neck-piercing solution, no adjustments are required to the cap's position, preventing influences introduced during operation. This further improves the reliability of measurement data and enables precise automatic leak detection. Even micro-leaks can be accurately detected thanks to fully automatic leak detection.
A single button starts the complete inspection process, automatic drilling, process control and leak detection.
The adjustable pressure, pressurization rate and holding time settings (up to 12 steps) meet the different testing requirements and standards of various products.
