Seam quality is a critical parameter for can inspection. The AT2E Automatic SeamCheck Plus, with its dual projector, provides the most efficient method for performing these analyses. With its improved design, more flexible and compact projector, and the latest UHD CCD camera that delivers significantly higher-definition images, along with other enhancements in contrast, the AT2E Automatic SeamCheck Plus is capable of obtaining much sharper seam images.
The device is equipped with image analysis and processing software for measurements. Measurement is fast and can be performed automatically or manually.
