Description :
The PBBT-2 PET bottle burst strength tester is a specialized testing device for assessing the internal pressure resistance of PET bottles. It is designed according to three commonly used international testing methods. Users can select the testing method based on their specific needs. The PBBT-2 is capable of testing the resilience under a given pressure or performing a burst test on the PET bottle.
Thanks to the reproduction of pressurization, the PBBT-2 can authentically simulate the pressurization situation that the PET bottle experienced during the back-pressure filling process, reflecting the performance of the PET bottle against the impact of instantaneous pressure.
After selecting the test program, the cycle starts automatically according to the parameters. The touchscreen displays the pressure value in real time and records the maximum pressure and the burst pressure.
An optional water recycling system could offer a way to conserve water, which is environmentally friendly and avoids the unstable tap water pressure that can affect a normal test. An additional water temperature control unit is optional for the water recycling system, allowing the test to be performed underwater at a controlled temperature.
An additional booster could be chosen. This could help the PBBT-2 operate without a high-pressure source.
