Description :
The IBMS-1 Internal Bottle Neck Measurement System is used to measure the internal diameter of the bottle neck. Neck profile is an important parameter for bottle manufacturers, cork producers, and vineyards to monitor. With AT2E's IBMS-1, customers can easily detect whether the neck is round or oval. The IBMS-1 can collect the internal neck diameter at up to seven angles (0° / 15° / 30° / 45° / 75° / 90°) and at any depth (0-55 mm) from the bottle's finish, operated via a touchscreen. With its practical and highly repeatable design, the neck value and profile are displayed on the touchscreen. The data can be transferred to optional software for further analysis and management. It is applicable to various bottle sizes thanks to its special clamping and rotating system design.
