Description :
The AT2E ADATMV5-S is an automated inline torque meter and torque controller designed for easy installation against a packaging line after the ejector. It continuously monitors and provides measurement data. The system was developed based on our experience with torque controllers spanning over 25 years, with the aim of eliminating human factors in measurements and thus ensuring complete reproducibility of samples. The system also integrates, upon request, legally compliant metrology balances and a "bubble point/leakage" test stand. Information is transmitted in real time to the software and statistical systems.
The Bubble Point option provides reliable and reproducible tests with immediate non-conformity alarms. This system eliminates the risk of manipulation and offers significant time savings for operators.
As previously mentioned, integrating a legal metrological scale allows for the completion of the non-destructive testing process (torque and weighing), measuring only the loosening and tightening to a programmed position or torque. This results in an extremely rapid ROI for the device, all with the guarantee of no risk of contamination.
The system can also be installed in a laboratory setting in semi-automatic mode. Other customizations are possible.
