The AT2E ACWD-1 automatic bottle cutter and weigher offers an automated and cost-effective method for cutting containers for sectional weight analysis. Automatic cutting and weighing, along with automated process control, ensure cutting accuracy and repeatability, increase analytical precision, provide a superior solution for sectional weight analysis of bottles, and generate more reliable data.
With the ACWD-1, a PET bottle can be cut into up to 6 predetermined sections, and each section can be automatically weighed.
