The IBMS-1 Internal Bottle Neck Measuring System measures the internal diameter of the bottle neck. The neck profile is a key parameter for bottle makers, cork producers and wineries. With the IBMS-1 you can easily detect the roundness or ovality of the neck. It records the internal neck diameter at several preset angles (0°, 15°, 30°, 45°, 75°, 90°) and at any depth (0–55 mm) from the bottle finish, all from the touch screen. Its convenient, highly repeatable design shows the neck's value and profile directly on screen, and the data can be exported to optional software for analysis and management. A special clamping and rotating system makes it suitable for various bottle sizes.
