Description :
The AT2E ADATMV5-S is an automated in-line torque meter designed for easy installation on a packaging line after the ejector. It monitors production and provides measurement data through continuous inspection. Developed from over 25 years' experience with torque testers, it removes human influence from measurements, so samples are measured with full reproducibility. On request, the system can also integrate legal-metrology scales and a bubble-point/leak test station, with all data fed back to the software and statistical systems in real time. The bubble-point option provides reliable, reproducible testing with an immediate non-compliance alarm, eliminating handling risks and saving operators significant time. Adding a legal-metrology balance allows the full test cycle — torque and weighing — to be completed non-destructively (the cap is only loosened, then re-tightened to the programmed position or torque), for very fast return on investment and no risk of contamination. The system can also be installed in the laboratory in semi-automatic mode, and further customisations are possible.
