These devices are EVOLUTIVES and permit to follow the evolution of your packaging.
These devices are autonomous 100 % and allows to follow permanently your Cpk ( capability )and to activate alarms in case of nonconformity and so to save numerous not corresponding products or still to prevent consequentive drift.
Thanks to the systems of inspections and ejection already in place, we can receive your products in the order of the numbers of heads of screwing, sealing,or other and so thanks to our control software quality to enslave your results in the numbers of heads: you so control the capability of your heads and the maintenance intervenes ONLY on Non conforms heads without dismantling and thus save an important time of production

If your systems of inspections do not allow to eject samples in the order, AT2E works in partnership with a major actor of the systems of inspections and ejection.

We propose systems " key in hand " including modification or addition of conveyors (when necessities); diversion, control and statistical analyses, alarm of intervention for the maintenance

Our devices are perfectly studied for the most difficult conditions and allow a cleaning and interventions of very simple calibrations.
